We believe every young person with an EHCP deserves to feel seen, heard, and supported to successfully transition to adulthood.
We work alongside families to offer personalised, one-to-one support that meets young people where they are, helping them feel seen, heard, and ready for what’s next.
Regular, focused sessions to help young people build confidence, set realistic goals, and work through challenges with our support.
We work where young people feel most comfortable, whether that’s at home, online, at our centre or in the community.
We offer academic learning Functional Skills English and Maths up to Level 2. GCSEs and study of other academic subjects can be arranged if required. Again, this learning can take place wherever the young person feels most comfortable.
We build up a young person's social skills through a variety of evidence-based programmes enabling them to make genuine connections with others using the coping strategies they have learnt. This also prepares them for the next steps in their lives.
Helping young people make tricky moves; like from secondary, or into college, training, or work. We arrange quality supported work experience placements and volunteering too.
