What we do
Providing a truly bespoke, creative and meaningful educational approach to Post 16 learners.
We provide a lifeline for students who need bespoke post 16 provision.
Everything we do is centered around preparing young people for life beyond education. We ensure every learner has a pathway toward greater independence, confidence, and fulfilment by aligning our provision with the Preparation for Adulthood (PfA) outcomes.
Holistic support for every student
We take a truly holistic approach to every learner, recognising that meaningful support must consider the whole person and their individual needs. There’s no value in offering a one-size-fits-all programme, each young person is unique, and so is their path to success.
We monitor progress across multiple areas to ensure they're on the right track, always doing so with care and sensitivity. When the time is right, we work collaboratively to develop a thoughtful and well-timed exit plan.
Building positive relationships
Many young people come to us having struggled to form connections in school, often with their confidence at an all-time low. That’s why we place a strong emphasis on building positive, trusting relationships—beginning with the young person’s Transition Coordinator (TC).
This relationship forms the foundation of their journey, with the TC offering consistent support throughout the programme. They help the young person navigate each stage, while gradually introducing other key relationships, including with teachers, volunteer colleagues, and peers. Developing these relational skills is essential not only for the young person’s growth but also for preventing social exclusion and enabling them to thrive safely and confidently within their community.
Therapeutic support
Our approach is grounded in therapeutic principles, placing the emotional and psychological well-being of each young person at the Centre of everything we do. We understand that meaningful progress can only be made when individuals feel safe, heard, and supported.
That’s why we offer access to therapy for those who would benefit, creating space for healing, reflection, and growth. Combined with our holistic support model, this therapeutic approach allows us to respond to the unique needs of each learner, fostering resilience and self-awareness.
Independence Skills
We support young people in gaining essential day-to-day skills, such as managing money, preparing meals, navigating public transport, and personal care, empowering them to live more independently and confidently.

Health and wellbeing
We prioritise both physical and emotional wellbeing by promoting healthy lifestyles, providing access to healthcare support, and embedding mental health strategies and therapeutic services into daily provision.
Positive relationships
We help learners build and sustain meaningful friendships and family relationships, while also encouraging participation in community activities, fostering a sense of belonging and social connection.
Personal aspirations and progression
We work with each young person to define and pursue their own ambitions, whether that’s accessing further education, starting a job, or reaching personal development milestones, ensuring their voice and choices shape their future.
